Too Much. Not Enough.

A Conversation with Myself Shared with You...

This season of my life is marked by vulnerability and deep self-reflection. I’ve noticed a pattern—a negative feedback loop—that I can’t seem to break free from entirely. While I still hold immense love and connection to myself and others, I know it’s time to let go of this version of me that clings to toxicity. This shift is necessary to step into the woman I need to become—the one who will impact the world through my gifts and my lens of wellness.

I believe fear is often the compass pointing us to the exact path we must travel. Somewhere along this journey, amidst the noise, distraction, and chaos of life, I lost my way and my voice, for a bit. Now, I’m honoring a commitment to reclaim it by sharing my thoughts, writing, and vulnerabilities, and yes, a very risky photo of myself as that 12/13 adolescent, even in the face of criticism or judgment. This is my way of proving to myself that I will be okay no matter what comes my way. It’s time to do the work, to shed this version of me that holds me back, and to embrace the one that is ready to thrive.

The audio you’ll hear is a handwritten conversation I had with myself last week. I’m sharing it because I believe that, at our core, we are more alike than different. My hope is that these words will resonate with you, sparking a sense of vulnerability within yourself.

“We let the bad days affect us too much, and we don’t let the good days affect us enough.”

Through the years, I’ve cultivated a non-negotiable Wellness Practice, filled with habits, disciplines, and hacks that sustain me every day. Every time I have gotten lost, this evolving Practice that ebbs and flows with my rhythms has brought me back to my best self, every time. Wellness isn’t just a place you visit when you have time—it has to be choice, a lifestyle, a daily practice, and a place we must exist in, every day.

If you’re in Texas, I’d love for you to join our growing wellness culture at the Hippo Social Club or Patriot Sports and Fitness in Round Rock and Hutto. Together, we’re creating a community built on fuel, movement, and connection—a foundation for living in wellness amidst a modern-day culture and society that sets us up for sickness and disease.

For those outside my community, let’s connect virtually. My Wellness Curator platform is here to support you in bringing your mental and physical health back to where it belongs: center stage. Through personalized coaching and guidance in fuel, movement, and connection, we can curate a practice that works for you.

If this entry resonated with you in any way, I’d love to hear from you—send me a reply and let me know your thoughts. If you’re ready to connect with our community or want to schedule a tour, session, or virtual discovery call, simply message me here!
